Thank you to all who read my entries and voted for me, with a special thank you for those who took the time to leave comments. I really enjoyed participating in LJ Idol, and I was constantly amazed at the quality of writing here.  I am grateful to my wife, halfshellvenus, for getting me involved and for her encouragement.

I think I was bitten by the writing bug, but right now I can't find it. I hope our cat didn't eat it, because it would be fun to write again. I appreciate all your great comments and encouragement.
